2 to 3 weeks later Yorkshire oyster mushrooms will begin to grow. Fully guaranteed to produce at least one crop of mushrooms (three crops are possible with a little care).

The kit can be stored for up to 3 months by keeping the mushroom spawn in a cool dark place, or by storing the mushroom starter spawn in a household fridge. All Christmas orders supplied with a February use-by-date.
